About Me

ABOUT ME

Live in Brooklyn, work at a studio in Manhattan and do the poor musician thing. I live just south of prospect park, but it's not nearly as far as you think with the subway being as effective as it is.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to show people the small, but intriguing areas of Brooklyn that tend to get overshadowed by Manhattan. It's fun for me as well because I don't often go to these places in my daily life. I've surfed at a few homes in Belgium and France and had a really great time meeting the hosts, so I hope to host people or at least meet up with some surfers in the future since my schedule can make it tough to host. When I work, I work super late on short notice. So apologies in advance that I'll probably only be able to respond somewhat close to your dates. I try to respond at least a week before you arrive.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have the fondest and most complex memories from cities where I was able to couch surf or meet up with locals.

(I travelled with my girlfriend, so all of the hosts were under her account... we got positive reviews!)

SciFi, Occult, Fantasy. Most Fiction, but I have a soft spot for biographical books about runners and cyclists.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The Calanques were great and a fun adventure.

Teach, Learn, Share

The NYC subways tend to be like roads (drive on the right)... face the direction you want to go (downtown or uptown) and enter the station on the right side of the street. [most have a way to crossover, but this way you'll never get stuck and spend an extra $2.50]
