Fresh and ready to hit the world after graduating from uni this summer. Found my first job abroad in one of the few European countries I've never been to. Seemed like a good idea at the time, right?

Sailing is my thing and how I've done most of my travelling so far, sailing around the north sea and the Baltic, with more to come soon I hope! It's also made me pretty good at hacking/bodging things together, to literally keep myself afloat. So I know some DIY too. My end game is to sail around the world, but I think that's a few years away... We're going to need a bigger boat!

I've just got a new job in Eindhoven, and am therefore moving into entirely unfamiliar territory! I'm looking for somewhere to crash for a week or so while I get myself sorted, while at the same time getting to know a few people, and generally how being Dutch works! I start October 2nd, so not long now...

Bought a boat while at uni. Definitely not great for my grades, but seemed a good idea at the time! I've spent about 5 months on board so far, having sailed in from its home in Scarborough to St Malo one year, and to Copenhagen the next. Makes for a rather unique way of visiting places and meeting new people, I can heartily recommend it!

English, and possibly conversation in French and German - they're not that good, but I'd love to speak more! Possibly sailing, depending on how busy I am + the time of year + where the boat is!
