I was born and raised in Hamburg, Germany as one of 6 siblings (4 sister, 1 brother ). After leaving school I got drafted and joined the German Army for military services. I have a masters degree in economics and love to play ice hockey in my spare time. Other than that, I have itchy feet since I was 14 years old, 'cause I was unable to live abroad like all my fiends did as exchange students ;-)...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it is a great way to combine both, getting to know kind people from the places you are traveling and to experience a new culture from the inside. So far, I haven't had the opportunity to couch surf but I'm really looking forward to making this experience. I have been told that it is awesome and I wouldn't even dare to doubt about it. :-)
