About Me
Hey I'm Philipp from Vienna, Austria. I'm a student, I work at University and I volunteer for the students organisation of my university.
I'm very curious in new cultures and new languages as well as what people define for themselves as quality of life.I Love to analyse new surroundings through my urbanist and city planning lense and as well the social charateristics.
I'm vegetarian and love to debate about this way of life. Whats is sustainable for you? I try to life as sustainable as possible even if its hard to change some habits.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Simply because I want to experience the places I travel to in an "original" way. Local knowledge is the best to see the real "things" of a destiation. I want to get in touch and get to know people living in - for me - foreign areas and experience the life like they do.
I'm as well obsessed in sharing experiences and getting to know new environments ans how people live in other cities and countries =)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In Mexico, I've visited the cascadas de agua azul. Together with my friend we didn't think about the heavy rainfalls and suddenly it started raining very heavily. We could not move becuase everything was wet and we in the middle of nowhere.
Fortunately we met suiss travellers and we managed to drive in the back of a pickup to the next town to dry =)
