Music, Movies, and Books
The New York Times Best-Selling Author "Timothy Ferriss" is a life model of mine! His books are like a second bible to me. "Four Hour Work Week, Four Hour Body, Four Hour Chef"
#1 Movie - Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
#1 Fictional Book - Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card
I love all types of music in many genres! I am truly not too picky. I can play the guitar and piano a little.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was in Austin, Texas (USA) for South By South West (SXSW - A annual festival) 2011, and I decided to into a free venue called Emo's on 6th Street. To my amazement the American Actor/Musician Michael Cera came on stage with his band! After the show I was able to take a picture of him but only got to say Hi. That was my first real life encounter with a famous celebrity.
During my deployment to Afghanistan, 2011-2012, I was given a 2 week vacation, in which I took in Seoul, South Korea. This was my first real time visiting another country and I was entirely awestruck through the whole experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am very open and so I would to learn about anyone and everyone's culture, food, experiences, religion, and just general views. I also can share my experiences and American/Hispanic culture, I can teach you English if you need help, and I can teach you how to cook!!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Again I can share with you my cooking knowledge, and how to learn a language advice, which are probably the best skills I have.
