I love languages. There is something about learning the sounds and the grammar and all of the small things like that that just entrance me. For me it's like I'm discovering whole new realities.

Lately I've also come to appreciate a good hike. Being surrounded by nature (especially mountains) makes me feel small, and at peace with everything that is calling me back to civilization.

I also like more nerdy endeavors as well. Video games, board games, card games, you name it.

And last, and certainly not least, I quite enjoy travelling! Getting small, intense tastes of a culture is quite the addictive experience!
