Traveling to Ithaca, NY tomorrow! Couldn't find a place but if available to show me around, know bike trails, much appreciated! I love to travel and I want to make it a part of my life helping others and provide for those during disaster relief

ABOUT ME

I have gone to school for Pre-health sciences and found my way to become a phlebotomist and emerging fitness instructor and trainer for some of the top clubs in westchester and Manhattan.

You name it I've done it: Swimming, Diving, Track, Lacrosse, Cross Country, Wrestling, Paddle boarding, surfing, Lifeguarding, Capoeira, Mixed-Martial-Arts, Jiu Jitsu

Dance: Zumba, Salsa, Hip-Hop, Samba, West-African, Bhangra, Bollywood, Soca, Reggae-Dancehall, jazz, Stepping

Fitness: Too much to list....

So basically I LOVE MUSIC and anything that makes us move

Culture is everything to me and the acknowledgement of one's own is most important. As I am of mixed heritage I try to expose myself to as much of my roots as possible whether it be attending a Native American Social, dancing the flamenco-tango, or going to the west-indian day parade.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When i get situated with life, I will definitely start hosting travelers, because I love the whole concept.

For now, i have been traveling all over the place to obtain the necessary credentials to become certified in various areas of the fitness world.

Next stop: Ithaca, NY Cornell University for Aquasize!
