To stop sitting at desks. Or rather, to only sit at desks for limited periods of time, and always for good reasons. Sitting at a desk to write this, for instance, is a damn fine reason.

ABOUT ME

I'm kind, curious, and full of appreciation. I'm good at making smoothies, giving haircuts, and making people think. I'm just launching a new stage in my life, and leaving my job at a policy institute to try my hand at leading a more creative and uncharted life. I am, as you might imagined, both exhilarated and daunted by the challenge ahead.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm a brand new member, and I'm planning a trip through several Southern states in August. I can't wait to test out the couch surfing community, and I hope to host some folks of my own once I get back in September.

I want to throw out a special welcome mat to any queer women who are thinking about visiting New York. My girlfriend and I would be happy to host you.
