ABOUT ME

I am 61 and a child of the 70's. I just love listening to music of all kinds and reading. I am also a musician who plays in a band called the Eco Worriers and at the pub on regular open mike nights. I am a professional clown (www.kristofftheclown.co.uk)and do children's parties with magic, music and traditional games.I am a green activist and love nature and been involved in building a nature reserve at the school where I work as a teaching assistant.I love to be involved in the community and carry out community projects at present am secretary of Transition Town Leamington. I live with my partner Felicity and have two grown up kids Jenny (33) and Lucy (31)I am a fun loving person who likes to travel and learn from different cultures. I am an author of a book called Green Spirituality (www.greenspirituality.org) and have given some public talks about it.I am generally interested in the spiritual side of things. I have a great sense of fun and humour and like to make people laugh.

PHILOSOPHY

I think internationally there are no countries really just the global village. I believe in helping people in any way I can. I like to learn from different cultures and different situations. Life to me is an adventure to try and grasp what being human really is. I like to live life in an ethical way not trying to harm others or the environment.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a friendly type of guy who us very adaptable to different situations. I have travelled in the Far East when I was young.Later on I have visited alot of countries in Europe . In 2002 I spent two and half months in India and interviewed lots of spiritual leaders for the book I wrote later.I would like to couch surf with others first and then feel I can host more people in the U.K. later on when I know what it is all about.
