About Me

I am not who you think I am; I am not who I think I am; I am who I think you think I am.

-Thomas Cooley

That said, here’s my best stab at where my current existence would be articulated in this webpage titled, about.

On a quest to live in carefree timelessness. I believe our only purpose is to do what we love. From there, our state of joy will spread like wildfire to all those we touch.

I’m a dreamer.

I believe that we create our reality with our thoughts consciously or unconsciously. I try to do it consciously moment by moment.

I believe in exploration. Exploration of the mind, body, spirit and the earth itself. When I think about how little I know about the vastness of the Universe or the depths of my own mind, I know fully I have a lifetime of exploration to embark on.

I co-founded Foundation 513, a gym, yoga studio and organic food share. In the summer of 2016 I moved with my little baby girl and mama bear to Pueblo Colorado and started up Foundation 719, the evolution of where my coaching has gone

A vision being held is the building of an earthship in the Rockies to spend lots of time in with my little family where I can meditate, read, write and simply be.

While I spent most of my former years chasing goals, I’m leaning towards the concept that goals are counterproductive. Having one big aim to shoot for is perfect. Then dialing it down to one specific thing to do today that moves the needle forward towards that overarching aim and direction could be the secret sauce to achieve. But it’s the process which should be enjoyed. The end result is simply a bi-product from that enjoyment.

As of this past July I moved to Colorado in the 719 with my baby girl, Sedona Mei and her mamabear, Amy. Lots of fun in nature is upon us.

My Background:

I am a graduate of Nutrition Science & Exercise Physiology with a Didactic in Dietetics from the University of Cincinnati. I’ve been a personal trainer and health coach for over 9 years.

I’ve coached at the collegiate level in sports performance, competed in multiple bodybuilding shows and Olympic weightlifting competitions. I passionately seek outside the box perspectives on what true “health” means and teach only what I know to help facilitate living the best life where you can begin to feel alive.

I don’t claim to know everything, but I spend more time than most researching and staying up to date on the ever changing field of what it takes to thrive.

I live what I preach.

As the years pass by, I constantly mature along this journey of unending dreams and aspirations to a “successful” life. At times, the path seems crystal clear with a continuous drive to live life in it’s full potential. Other moments, it’s as though the forces of life are not in my favor and the stress seems overbearing and unmanageable. Although the roller coaster of life can be challenging, my dream remains prominent. It’s the idea of a lifestyle where dreams come true and every moment is lived with a vengeance and purpose to thrive.

I see a future where every human on planet earth is healthy, happy and living into their truest potential.

I am a bit of an idealist, but a motivated one at that. I understand what lies beneath the surface of those seeking to change, but can’t find the path. The answers are not always obvious and not always the same for everyone.

But as my favorite author Paulo Cohelo once said…

“When you really want something to happen, the whole world conspires to help you achieve it.”
