hi fellow couchsurfers! i'm a (relatively) recent college grad living in washington d.c. for work and slowly exploring the rest of the east coast when i have time. i'm an aspiring educator-- i've taught ESL, worked in elementary schools, and currently work for a literacy intervention nonprofit. i also love traveling, and I especially enjoy seeing new places through running!

i really like traveling and exploring around new places, and would much rather make new friends and form lasting connections than just book a hotel. i especially love traveling to new places to run half marathons, so that's usually why I'm looking for a place to stay!
