HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As I am a bit of a wanderer at the moment, I can only participate as far as being hosted. As life goes on, however, I hope to be able to host in return.

Interests

Cooking in a menagerie of international styles and eating from a menagerie of international styles. Enjoying cheeses and wines, though not claiming to know a thing about them. Adding to my growing list of languages, someday actually learning one or two. Music, art, and literature - the great classics - playing, singing, writing, reading. Being respectable in all things. Enjoying every experience.

Chopin, Beethoven, Bach, Händel, Debussey, Wagner, Emilie Simon, jazz, anything that is musical and fits my mood --- Hitchcock, James Bond, Star Trek, the original Star Wars films, The Artist, My Fair Lady, many others that I cannot recall --- Doctor Who, Sherlock (it's television, but still) --- Wuthering Heights, Shakespeare, H.G Wells, the poems of Keats.

I love languages - I have dabbled in German, French, Russian, Greek, Italian, and speak Spanish and English. I would love to be helped in furthering these (and any other) languages, and I would love to share some English knowledge if that would be helpful to anyone.
