CURRENT MISSION

I just sacked in a brilliant job in a wonderful free democratic school in a village full of people I love in the beautiful wooded hills of Germany....and it still feels good to be free (for now anyway)! I don´t have a couch, or a house or anything bigger than I can carry at the moment, so I can´t host right now. I will be giving myself some time to move around this year. I did my first long - distance bike journey last year (Estonia-Germany) and would like to travel more like that. I would like to meet all the people and learn all the languages and make all the music!

ABOUT ME
My main favourite things are MUSIC and LANGUAGE, which are kinda similar to each other anyway really. I really believe that about anything can be interesting though. I´m interested in teaching and education. Often, when I´m travelling I do just like to look at things, eat things, drink things, walk around and chat to people, but if I´m staying for longer I´d rather seek out some sort of project or something to get stuck into.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like the idea of couchsurfing as a community which can enable like-minded people (and, just as importantly, un-like-minded people) to mutually share and learn from each other and coexist. I like travelling alone, which means that I can enjoy my own company but also that it's easier to meet new people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted quite a lot in the past, when I´ve been able to, and I previously surfed quite a bit, especially when I was a student bum. As far as connecting platforms go, couchsurfing has been a particularly good one for me!
