I really love to travel, and I was recently trying to voice why exactly that is. I think it's a little bit of a lot of things, but importantly, I love the drunken feeling of possibility in a new place, and I love people.

Música, películas y libros

I love The God of Small Things and Miranda July's short stories. Annie Dillard is lovely and complex. I read Hopscotch by Cortazar once and it messed me up (in a good-ish way). I just went to a talk by Ali Smith about her book How to Be Both and I'm super excited to read it. Currently reading my first Murakami, Kafka on the Shore.

I like Lord Huron and spooky black and have been really into sixties hits recently. Beyonce is number one always. Also like jams by Talking Heads, Fleetwood Mac, Vampire Weekend, Devendra Banhart

Movies is a little bit weird because I like them but don't watch that many or really feel like I interact with them in critical ways, usually. But I love Donnie Darko and I remember watching Chronicle on a plane and thinking it was super cool. Recently watched Drinking Buddies, Bernie, and Space Buddies in the span of like 36 hours and really liked two of them. Guess which two.
