COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet, but looking forward to some traveling within Canada this year, and overseas adventures starting next year. On a mission to travel around the world and document my travels in a series of cookbooks.

I'm a science geek, pseudo-health-nut, and nature-lover. I love cooking and cookbooks -- I read them cover to cover, and have a couple of my own collections underway.

I'm a fan of music. Period. I don't care what genre it's from, if it's well put together, I like it.
