ABOUT ME

We could tell you “we've been making pasta since 1860”, but it isn't so. And we're glad it isn't. We would be dead, then. Or we'd be very very old, anyway.
“Who are you?” is the question everybody's asking.
We're Laura and Iride, from Italy.
“Where do you come from? What did you do in the past?”
Iride was an employee. She worked for a wonderful company. Love, peace and harmony amongst everyone, you know, that kind of stuff...
Laura was a summer worker. And a winter worker. Every day. Holidays. Sundays.
But that is our past!
Back to present, now (and future, hopefully).
We started making pasta to change the world. As we couldn't do that by demonstrating and picketing, we thought we could tempt people with food, delicious food!
Then, a friend of ours got to know our culurgiones (typical Sardinian dumplings) and started to buy them for her gourmet restaurant.
We asked her a couple of questions. Here's what she answered:
Q: if I say “pasta”, who do you think of? (be careful what you answer, eh)
A: when it comes to pasta, there's no other God but you!
Someone would say she was blasphemous, but we certainly won't be curbing our beloved customers.
Our pasta shop isn't from the last century, but wants to be there when a new century comes along. Or until 2050 at least. Our name? "Piano, non spingete (PNS) - fresh pasta until 2050.
The history of our pasta shop is the history of clever and resolute women.
Our mission? To survive.
Want some fresh pasta but can't make it by yourself? Got friends for dinner? Wanna eat some culurgiones but can't fly to Sardinia? Lunch time – don't know what to eat? Who knows what's inside those cheap and fake-looking dumplings you saw at the supermarket?
If you found yourself dealing with at least one of the above issues recently, then you're with the right people!

We have a mission: traveling around the world, making authentic italian pasta for everyone, eating together, being happy!
