Hi, My name is Piercarlo, a 30 yo guy from Rome-Italy .

I've a BD's in economics and business management and a MD's in marketing and business communication. During my studies i lived for 9 months in Valencia - Spain for an internshhip.

From beginning of my studies when I was 18 I started working as waiter in some restaurants in Rome, then in a bar in Valencia where took up learning bartendering and making cocktails.

When came back to my city I quitted restaurants, at the beginning for working in a Hotel in citycentre, then changed for a catering company as waiter and bartender; Besides in the years I got excited and developed an even deeper passion for mixology and craft beers: so I went to a Bartender school and now during week I'm workin in a R.E. agency and night/weekends I help my friends running the "Beer-time" a pub and beer shop in Rome.

I'm an open minded and very sociable person. Having done it for 10 years I have strong customer service and I love to work/share with people and to work in team. I think communicating with others can teach you a lot of new skills as well as improve yours and also it helps to feel empathy. If on the one hand my strengths are to be a really positive person and to tries hard to get what I want, on the other hand my biggest weakness is to be very picky…but I m working on it! :)

Just four years ago I started to travel alone across Europe with car, trains and planes whenever possible and now I'm travelling for my 30 birthday..'cause it's never too late to start a new adventure and change something in your life!
