ABOUT ME

Of course the "fight club" rule applies to me too, unfortunately, so my life's ending one minute at a time...I love music, travelling, good wine, reading, good food, exchanging ideas and feelings, good movies. I am a very down to earth people, now I live alone with my cat: I love simple things, which does not mean easy things, it is just the opposite. Don't think time should ever be considered like unlimited, and so I like filling mine as much as I can with creative things. Love hiking and camping, snowboarding, art and music mostly. I play guitar and I have set up some gigs for some of my favourite musicians, which is something i deeply loved...

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that what keeps me alive is curiosity ! I am frightened by people who do not have a sense of humor, they are dangerous.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Too many to tell. A few biggies: the MArx Brothers, the great Groucho, Harpo and Chico - and Woody Alllen's. All Stanley Kubrick and Ingmar Bergman films, "Apocalypse Now", "Withnail and I", "Fandango", "21 Grams", and all Inarritu, I liked a lot Mike Cahill movies "I origins" or "Another Earth", Derek Jarman's movies.
As regards music: keith jarrett, miles, frank zappa, vernon reid, the living colour, the king crimson, adrian belew, all his stuff, robert fripp, michael hedges, andy mckee, steve coleman, the screaming headless torsos, david fiuczynski, dean bowman, jeff buckley, pat metheney, john scofield, mike stern, ani difranco, aimee mann, cassandra wilson, nguyen lee, john mclaughlin, paco del lucia, Fiona Apple..
my favourite books: "In the heart of winter" Dominic Cooper, all Cormak Mccarthy books, he is a damn genius, especially "Suttree", "the Road", James Stephens, Thomas Eliot, Herbjorg Wassmo, Lars Gustafsson, Umberto Eco, Jose' Saramago, Stig Dagermann, and many many more.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

My favourite musician all over the planet, Vernon Reid, came to pick me up at Staten Island ferry to take me to his own place. It is like a nun picked up by Saint Peter himself. I could not do anything but laugh the whole trip to his house.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

well, I guess i can teach some guitar technique and fingerpicking, anyone wanting to learn italian is welcome. I set up my own small recording place in my basement, so if you bring an intrument you could use that, I have an RME audio interface.
I wish i could learn some Yoga, or relaxation techniques.
As regards sharing, if I am not drowning in my work I'd love to show you around if you want to, this can be an interesting area historically and on the food side)
