So, what can I say about me …

First of all, I want to explain why I don’t accept any guest. I would like to (in fact, I will, eventually), but I am currently living at my parents’ home. I keep that for when I will enter university (Fall 2017) and will have my own place. I’m sure you can understand.

Then, I think it’s time to talk about where I come from and what kind of person I am. As you can see in my profile, I am a young French Canadian from the province of Québec. I’m living in a calm little town, which goes by the name of La Pocatière. In the last two years, I have studied Sciences in what is called a CÉGEP (Quebec has a very unique educational system). Now that I have my diploma, I am taking a year off to travel before entering university in Mathematics and Physics in Montreal.

I am a man of many passions. I would like to choose one of them and put all my energy in it, but I just can’t! As you have already seen, I can barely find a way to balance my passions for Science and Travel. I’m also a magician and I do a lot of theatrical improvisation. I love to talk about Politics, Philosophy, Astronomy, Literature… Moreover, Trekking, Hikking, painting, programming, drawing, writing and reading are also part of the ways I spend my time! There is just too much interesting things to see, to do, to discover and to talk about. What a wonderful world we are living in! So much to do and so little time…

In fact, this is the main reason why I travel: curiosity. Yes, I know, this is a pretty common reason and I am not different from most of the travelers. I just want to discover and to experience. As little our tiny rocky planet may be in our gigantic solar system, I’m sure it’s full of incredible landscapes, cultures and people and I can’t wait to find them on my way.

When I travel, I am on low budget. I usually sleep in a tent (I can sleep in your backyard if you don't want me inside), hitchhike to get around and get my food in groceries. However, I can do some exceptions to adapt myself to my host! For the activities, I usually focus on the ones in nature. I spend most of my time hiking and trekking, but again, I am open to (almost) everything my guest can offer.

So, I think this is it. If you have red all of this, you now know where I come from, who I am, why and how I travel. The only thing you don’t yet, is that I still want to become an astronaut, but I would never tell you that because it sounds ridiculous when you’re 19 years old to consider going in space as a possible career.

Oh, and I don’t even know if I have to do this, but I just want to make sure that you know I’m know interested in drugs or any criminal things!
