We (Pierre-Emmanuel and Aurore, my wife) are a French couple in our early thirties with a baby girl (18 months as of early 2017). We've lived in a few different countries due to our jobs, and love to meet new and foreign people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As of early 2017, we're planning to spend 2 months in New Zealand, and we think that Couchsurfing could be a great way to meet local people, and understand how they live, what they're like, what they like doing, how they're both doing similar and different things...

And then of course it only makes sense to be hosts as well, even if we currently live in a rather remote location.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few years ago, we both took 3 months off from our jobs, and started the Camino de Santiago (check Wikipedia if you don't know what this is) from my parent's home, in the middle of France. We walked for 1200 km, but unfortunately we didn't made it to Santiago. It was a great experience !

Teach, Learn, Share

- We can teach how to do a few basic French dishes (crêpes, quiche lorraine...) but not much!
- I'm always looking forward to speak Russian
- We love board games, and have lots of them at home!
