I'm Pierre, I'm 23 and I live in Toulouse in the South of France.
I'm currently in college where I study communication and marketing. Every day I like sports, books, music and cinema (like a lot of you I'm sure ^^), but one of the thing I like the most is traveling. Traveling means discovering cultures and countries, sharing conversations with different people from your own country or all around the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Why Couchsurfing ? Like most of you, I think it's the best and easiest way to discover the country and its culture. It's also for me the possibility to share moments, conversations and why not establish friendship with people from all around the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
I listen every genre of music from classical music to electro including jazz, rock, reggae, rap or world music. I have a too favorite artists/rock bands of different genre to make choice, but if you like music we'll surely find common taste :)

Cinema:
I'm passionate about cinema in general so I'm very open minded about it. If I had to choose 5 director, I'll say Scorsese, Nolan, Anderson (Wes), Villeneuve and Tarantino.

Books:
I like books, but I didn't read that much when I was younger so I lack many many classics ^^. My favorite genres are Sci-Fi, thriller, fantasy, historians philosophy. I'm a huge fan of comics and manga as well !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Meeting a bunch of Scottish guys while driving on an highway in England just by making funny faces when we passed each other's car... and ending up partying and drinking all night long with them.

Teach, Learn, Share

If I had to choose one quality, it will definitely be curiosity. I love learning about everything and meeting new people especially if they have some unusual hobbies or passions. If you want to talk about a subject in particular, philosophy, sciences or general stuff around a glass of beer, I'm your guy ! And if you need someone and just want a listener I'll be there to :)
It will also be an opportunity to share the differences and similarities and your culture and mine !
