Hi there!

I am a new member here on couch surfing. Im a 21 year old male from Montreal. My native language is French but i also speak fluently English and Spanish. I would say I am an easy going guy, open about alot of things, huge pet lover (owner of 2 dogs), travel junky, music lover and alot more !

I would say one of my passion in life is learning new languages. I started learning spanish a year and a half ago and i dont want to stop until im completly fluent. The next step for me would be to learn a new language in a completly different alphabet such as Mandarin or Russian.

My profile is pretty new but im looking foward to make it look fuller no worries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Looking for a new way of travelling, of course its cheaper but the thing i love about couchsurfing is how it is intimate and how closer it gets you into another culture

Interests

In my home town, i work as a waiter. Ive worked in many different restaurants to bars. Ive worked in chinese restaurants, french and italian ones, irish pubs, sports bar.
Of course drinking is in the blood of a Quebecer.

But other than drinking im a hiking enthusiast, a guitar player (i have to get back into it thought ), im interested in politics from around the world, ideology and alot more.
I started learning spanish in my hometown and improved it while travelling. I completly fell in love with latin america and i could i would never go back home.

I do not watch alot of movies but i like animes im still trying to extend my list. Ive seen most of the classics and i could say attack on titan is one of my favourites

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ive had an internship last year where i had to study an indigenous group of mexico. Therefore, i lived a complete month in a village called Reyeshogpan in la sierra norte de puebla. I studied the nahuatl language and culture and i could easily say it was an eye opening experience. The life over there was nothing like the one i have at home, they barely had electricity and water. It was a small town of a couple of hundred there fore it was easy to know most of the people. I really got attached to the family that was nice enough to let me live with them and still talk to them from times to times.

Speaking 3 languages, i can always help you learn more, French being my first language and English my second one. Ive worked in service for a while so i can always teach a few tricks about retail service

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have never had a couchsurfing experience but i think im a really respectful guy who doesnt take space. If it is possible i would like to spend time with my hosts and have a good time. I can help making food cleaning or anything that would make a host happy.
