I'm a 28 years old guy who's travelling around the world with two friends starting in July 2022 and think couchsurfing is going to be (very) useful along the way ! :)

I used to be a PhD student in theoretical chemistry at the University of Florida, but unfortunately it didn’t suit me well so I preferred to stop and come back home for a while. I worked for about two years, saved as much as I can and I’m now « on the road » ! Hopefully that journey across the world will help me find my way.

I’m quite versatile, I enjoy as much drinking tea and read books in silence than having long talks about.. I’d say pretty much everything !

Oh ! And my friends offered me an Harmonica before leaving France, but I don’t know how to play it, the idea being : to know how to play when I come back. SO, if you’re an harmonica player, I’d be really glad to learn one or two tricks from you !!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm mostly fan of electronic music but listen to all genres in general. I’m pretty proud of my Spotify playlists 😁 I like to have one for every occasion/mood. Voiski is my favorite artist/producer for the past two or three years, Bon Iver is always in my playlist too.

I like to read books about philosophy, epistemology, science and classical novels, "L'étranger" by Albert Camus is probably my favorite one, lately I was really interested into reading Nietzsche.

As for the cinema, it depends on my mood ! "Revolver" by Guy Ritchie is on top of my list, Swiss Army Man, Léon, Her, Babel etc. And season 1 of True Detective is almost unbeatable.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Paragliding in the Pyrenees and sailing in Brittany with a two masts boat was pretty cool I have to say !
