Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was 18 y.o. and on my first backpack trip, two months across Europe with my boyfriend. When we were in Germany, we were hosted at an alternative music record editor's place known by my music lover boyfriend. The place was in fact a family appartment and not a 'business' place at all! They knew nothing about us but the mother with her excentric children (who were the music editors) and their friends and dogs living together received us spontaneously. They found us a room, and said "you may take a bath if you want; have a meal!" etc. It was so generous, they helped us so much, we slept extremely well. I'll forever remember that!
