NO violent or horror movies, I prefer those can teach you always something good..and let you be more aware and empathic
documentaries... learning science.. nature.. history.. etc..
books... I never remember the titles.. but I usually read quite lot

travelling overseas by myself when I was younger, visiting new places, meeting unknown people and getting new friends.
