If I were to name one charasteristic that defines me, it would be curiosity. I am 19 years old but have traveled the world a good bit. That, however, hasn't quenched my thirst for learning about other cultures. My travel fever has got up instead. I live in Helsinki, Finland and will this year graduate from a high school of performing arts. Ironically, in the future I want to study Physics instead and I'm applying for a uni abroad, perhaps in Scotland.

Spontaneous things are the best.

If you want to see the world, the best way to do it is through locals. You won't get a realistic touch on a city by touring the main attractions and eating at Mc Donald's. My best experiences while traveling have involved being in contact with local people, whether it was just asking where something is or grabbing a beer and talking about everything under the sun. On top of all that, having many friends around the world is the biggest fortune one can have.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Hiking (and breaking my ankle) in the Italian alps with our Italian friend. There was no one else around, and only a small trail took us up to the summit that gave an incredible look on the surrounding area. When coming down, we realized we could slide down the little heaps of snow on the side of the mountain. Never would we have come to a place such as that had we followed the tourist book.
