Hi! My name is Piper. I am a wildlife biologist but am traveling during the off season. Other than being in nature and traveling, I like making music, biking, meeting new people, and learning about different cultures. I am very clean, respectful, and fully vaccinated. Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I have completed two solo, month long bike trips and during those trips complete strangers were gracious enough to let me stay in their front yards, back yards, trailers, and even sometimes inside. I found that talking with new people who lived in the areas that I was biking through was my favorite part of each trip. I am still good friends with many of them. I think that couchsurfing offers this same kind of opportunity. I hope to get a better understanding of the people and area that I am traveling to, and to make connections with people that will last longer than the trip itself. I also hope to be able to offer that same service in return when I have my own place!

I love folk music! My favorite artists are Adrianne Lenker, Caamp, the Lumineers, and Big Thief. I also love playing music, and can play guitar, violin, and trumpet.

My favorite movies are probably "Before Sunrise" and "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty".

My favorite books are "The Enchanted" by Rene Denfeld, and "Tuesdays with Morrie."
