About Me
CURRENT MISSION
See Ireland! This is my first trip out of Britain and I'm having an amazing time. I'd love to get a chance to see more.
ABOUT ME
Wow, okay, well I'm a very friendly person, I love helping with anything. In fact, that's kind of why I'm in Ireland; I started travelling around because I wanted to experience more in life but I wasn't sure what to do. I heard about an eco-campsite that was being set up in Co.Cork and came over to volunteer. Since then, I've volunteered for three months at a sustainability centre. Now I'd just really love to carry on travelling and maybe find some more projects to take part in.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe strongly in the idea of mutual aid and cooperation. I think that we see the best in each other when we try to look past labels and limitations.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Well, this is my first time on this site. Honestly, I haven't done much couchsurfing, maybe staying with friends sometimes but nothing much. Mostly it tends to be the other way around, growing up we were always taking people in who needed somewhere to stay, we had someone live in our garden in a bender for two years!
Interests
I love languages and culture, asking people about their culture is one of my favourite pass-times. I don't have any pets but I love other people's. Oh, exploring places, anywhere but especially wild places.

Music, Movies, and Books
Ohhhh, where to begin??
Books, well more authors: Karin Slaughter, Douglas Adams, Ray Bradbury (I've only read one, but A Piece of Wood is possibly the most moving thing I've ever come across), John Green.
Music: Passenger, Anais Michell, Massive Attack, The Who, Isis, I could go on and on for a long time.
I don't really know with films, I love films but favourites? Hm
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing thing so far has got to have been volunteering at a sustainability centre in Co.Cork Ireland where I helped to a house, a sauna and a playground out of cob, a natural building material made from clay and straw.
Teach, Learn, Share
Hm, pressure. I have a few relatively pointless talents such as being able to say the phrase "How is your face?" in about ten languages, (I choose that sentence because everyone has to think how they might say it because it doesn't make sense in their language. As I always say, it doesn't make sense in English either). I guess the bottom line for me, is if there is anything I can offer, I'll give it but what that might be is anybody's guess. I couldn't list the things I'd like to learn, I find most information amazing and love finding out anything that others know.
