Hey guys!

I'm Pippa and I'm travelling with my boyfriend Dan. We realised that we will both be 30 within the next couple years, and still have so many things on our bucket lists before we hit our 3rd decade. We are out here to experience culture, life and grow ourselves!

We are an easy going couple obsessed with nature in conflicting careers, I'm an ecologist and Dan is a gunsmith... When we first met it was a conversation starter for sure! But I found he was a fun loving guy who doesn't hunt himself and shared the same values as myself. We both love to hike, surf, bike and climb so any tips on hotspots for these would be welcomed!

In the future when we are eventually settled we hope to repay the favour to the couch surfing community and host you guys!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite book is Steve Irwin by his wife Terri. This man is my hero and is the reason I studied zoology to work with wildlife! What a man.

I have no favouite genre of music, my taste is fluid and I love experiencing new genres.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My sister and myself were in the middle of snowy Norway, we had come to see wolves and found ourselves within 10 metres of three wolves with expert wolf behaviouralist Tuva Thorsen, who integrated herself into a wolf pack. She howled to them and eventually a young male climbed a snow rift and replied with a awe-inspiring howl. The most amazing sound to witness!
