TRAVELLING - there's nothing better than this.... all right, maybe evenings in your favortie nearby cinema, parties with your beloved friends, reading interesting books - but you can do it all after spending some time on small and big adventures and seeing different places.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
i used to host, now my possibilities are a bit limited
I've experienced so much goodness from people i met during my journeys, that hosted in unbelievable generous way.
I would like to do the same for the others.
I've just discovered that travelling is about meeting people. It works amazingly when they are ready to put away their sophisticated poses, open up and share.
History of art - it's my main interest.
Favourite ways of spending free time:
dance (oriental and flamenco),hiking, volunteering during cultural events, learning languages, cinema, travelling whenever possible
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: i try to watch every movie, avoiding blockbusters cuz they're mostly disappointing and driving me mad. Aren't german expressionism and new wave the most interesting periods in history of cinema? Masterpieces by Andrei Tarkovsky is what i like most.
Music: the easiest way to find out is to check my lastfm profile: http://www.lastfm.pl/user/piiskle
Books: Gee, many. Mainly modern humanities, art and so on. After graduation i have moe and more time get delighted with good old classics. Latest: Thomas Mann, James Joyce, Hermann Hesse
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
