ABOUT ME

West coast lifestyle is great, so I enjoy getting the outdoors, being active, hiking, biking, camping, and other physical activities. I'm open to exploring more such as kayaking, snowboarding, rock climbing.

I have a broad range of interest in movies, art, music, as I like everything from mainstream to alternative stuff depending on my mood. My preference in music, movies, and art is stuff that challenges me mentally, physically, or spiritually.

Your best is going to change from moment to moment, it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret.
