i am now mum to lenny and keana, my gorgeous twins who are 1 1/2, so my life is pretty busy with them...
i love to sing and dance, to express through sound and movement,
to walk in beautiful places- with trees esp..
to share good food with friends and whanau..
to love and laugh with life
i'm a taurus, snake, red spectral skywalker (i like the mayan calendar)
I´m into healing, whatever is necessary to liberate the individual.. to let go, be here-now, unafraid..
I am interested in Plant Spirit Medicine, and Native American traditions, Maori Spirituality, Yoga, Qi Gong, Shamanism..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I´ve been hosted by friends in France, Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Norway and back home in NZ.. Met some angels along the way!
When I lived in Bantry, Co. Cork Ireland, 2007 it was with Feargal, a couchsurfing host, & we hosted about a dozen surfing groups while I was there.. (including a family of five!!)
I've also hosted and made some good friends here in NZ- Yah!

I love all kinds of folk and world music, to play, listen and dance to.. music that i can FEEL.. my instrument is my voice, and i play the shruti box & guitar too..
I love HUUN HUUR TU from Tuva, delicious Overtones, magic -I´ve seen them twice live, and they´ve blown me away..
MARI BOINE from Norway is currently my favourite artist- she's awesome, knows how to shift energy with her voice..
and I'm really into African music, so soulful and you just have to dance.. yeah..
I like performance poetry, alternative cinema and theatre..
