Sometimes it is hard to introduce yourself because you know yourself so well that you do not know where to start.

Well I am an IT Technical Manager, besides my 9 to 6 job, I like hiking/trekking, long distance road trips and cycling (I am a marathon cycler), gymnastic and love reading non-fiction books.

I am a very simple person who is positive about every aspect of life. I'm a breathwork rebirthing guide and spiritual counselor, wants to provide mental health and support to society.
