The majority of my life involves the sea and sailing. If I'm not yacht racing then I'm working on a Racing yacht. Whenever I get away from it I enjoy windsurfing, kayaking and when the opportunity presents itself - some serious socializing

Seeing land again for the first time after eleven days at sea on my first race across the Atlantic.
Whitewater kayaking down the three great rivers in the Etive valley in Scotland on a day when all three were in a very high level. Hitting all the sections correctly and coming out unscathed.
Surfing some big waves at Anchor point in Morocco on my last adventure with my university friends.
