HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We've hosted several touring motorcyclists in Denver and we're going to be headed South to Argentina in August ourselves. We love to meet other travelers and exchange tails of the world. I'm also and experienced outdoorsman and can help people with directions or guiding in Colorado.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've hosted a few different travelers outside of CS, but we're looking to meet more people through this network after finding out about it.

The first person we hosted was a Texan coming to Colorado for the first time. He came up from Durago through Denver in October right after a early blizzard. Poor guy had never seen snow before. We were able to guide him through some beautiful roads that didn't pose too much trouble to him on the bike but still blew his mind. It was a ton of fun meeting him and we still talk regularly.

We enjoy a mix of non-fiction books about minimalism, farming, politics, and true life adventure stories and our non-fiction interests seem to focus on zombies, and classic fantasy.
We enjoy a wide mix of music and love to hear local acoustic bands.

I've been a staff photographer for a major A/V retailer in the US, as well as a graphic designer / developer for the web since 1996. I've shot professional video spots and know a bit about audio engineering. Sabrina has a master's in Educational Psychology and is an experienced Elementary School Teacher as well as one of the best people I've met who can help people prioritize expenses and develop a budget.
We also know the secret to the world's best Mac and Cheese recipe.
