To let people know about how much great music there is outside the mainstream. And torment everyone with some non-sense or bizarre humour, along with the jokes that don't deserve even a slight giggle. Music and humour to be brief.

ABOUT ME

A long-haired young-for-now Finnish male.

I reallyreallyreally love music so it is a big part of my everyday life. When I'm home there's something playing on the stereos. Outside home I try to use my iPod as much as possible, even at work. My preference is just good music. I don't exclude anything, so every genre/style/artist will do if I just find it GOOD. Can't find a bad cd on my shelf! I also write album reviews and concert reports to a Finnish website. Writing is a hobby of mine, so combining it with music is seemed like a natural thing to do.

I try to cheer people up with humour in it's many forms. Don't expect me to be dead serious, my attitude towards life is positive although there are of course times when laughter is not allowed.

I'm also keen on following sports, in many forms. Mainly (of course) football, but almost everything will do.

I prefer hanging out with friends, doing different stuff with them and having a few beers occasionally. I typical Finlander, reserved at first but after a few pints talkative, cheerful and a total idiot.

Head high like a song you like?

Don't really have an intelligent one liner of a personal philosophy. Trying to figure out one is too demanding for me, so I just try to live happily and not stress out too much.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hopefully I can offer my small flat for an overnight stay or even many nights. I have a guest bed if one is brave enough to sleep in the same room with a long-haired fella' like me. If not, I'm more than glad to offer a coffee or a beer, or show around the almost beautiful city of Kuopio, Finland.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No experience yet, really. I've travelled only a few times as an adult so far and both times spend my nights in a hostel and a rentable apartment. I wish that I'll gain experience soon on both sides of the matter: as a host and as a guest.

Nothing mind blowing really. The fact that I've survived so far is amazing for me! :P

Teach, Learn, Share

I might know something about life and probably nothing. I'm learning more everyday. I can tell stories from my life which have affected me in any way, good or bad. From those stories I always try to find the bright sides, learn from them and of course share my thoughts. Hopefully telling a story will breed conversation from which I can learn even more, learn to see it a different point of view. I consider myself never to be wrong or right about a subject. I accept the fact that I possibly know nothing about anything.
