CURRENT MISSION
Enjoy the small things in life - it really does have an impact on everyday life
ABOUT ME
Hey there, welcome to my profile :) In short, I'm a very diverse person. I am often busy doing something, always having some sort of project going on. Besides studying medicine, I use my waking hours on my different jobs as a singer, a teacher in Danish and working at the faculty of anatomy. When I am not working, I spend my time on (more) singing, doing concerts and travelling with the chamber choir I sing in.
I also do a lot of sports, besides playing football(soccer) and badminton, I love skiing, especially Nordic skiing (cross country), a hobby I share enthusiastically with my father. Hiking or going to the beach for a swim and bbq with friends are also on my top list of things to do in my spare time.
I am very social and love opening my home to other people and getting to know them and the culture they come from. I am pretty optimistic of nature and smile/laugh a lot. I am probably a bit naive, in the sence that I believe the best in people, before assuming the worst...has at times put me in less fortunate situations, but also ment that I have had some unforgettable adventures I wouldn't be without:)
Take care out there, and maybe I'll see you in Denmark sometime :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have stayed at various Canadians in the province BC, all lovely people whom I still stay in touch with. As I am not travelling myself at the moment, I try now to be a good host, as I would love to give someone as wonderful an experience as I have had :)
Interests
I am a medical student and when not spending time studying, I work at the hospital or teach Danish in a language café for immigrants and refugees. I love singing, playing my violin and football(soccer).
Im also an active member of FFF(førstehjælp for folkeskoler), a group within IMCC, that goes out to Danish secondary schools and teach the children(teens) to do first aid.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Cave exploring in chest deep water on the border between Belize and Guatemala
Sitting on top of the mountain ridge Besseggen, Norway and looking out upon the different coloured lakes.
Rode a motorbike with 210km/hr on the high way north of Victoria BC, it was completely insane, I know, but so worth it!!
