ABOUT ME

My name's Pete. I live in Sydney and am an aspiring film maker! I've made a number of short films and also my first feature this year! A bit of a grose a comedy in the same vein as the American Pie movies. Ultimately that is what I want to do with my life but unfortunately I didn't travel much when I was younger so I'm getting it all out of the way now!

I'm a relaxed, easy going bloke who gets on well with others. The reason I've decided to get into couch surfing is I want to have as many adventures as possible and I feel staying in hostels or hotels shelters you from your surroundings! Oh and I really want to meet lots of new people and hopefully make some lasting friendships!

I've only just joined so am yet to help out at all! But if you're in Sydney I would love to take you out on a night on the town or show you around!

None, although I'm currently couch surfing at my sisters place to save money to go away!

I love films and film making! I'm also a very active guy, love swimming, running, playing sports and meeting mates at the pub on a sunny Sunday for a few beers!

Love all types of music, mostly rock but also the gentler stuff like Aimee Mann and Sia.

I should probably read more books but when I travel i tend to. Some of my favs are: Deception point, Scar Tissue and Scarecrow.

I did a road trip across the States from New York down to Miami and across the southern states to Tijuana and LA finishing up in Salt Lake City for the Sundance film festival.
