ABOUT ME
I always find this to be the hardest thing to write about but in general I think I'd say I'm a friendly person who loves meeting new people and sharing experiences with others. I'm half Dutch, half Filipino and went to an international school so I consider myself to be really open to new things.
I am clumsy. I love people who have a good sense of humour and appreciate anyone who can genuinely make me laugh. I wish I could play 13 instruments (cello and banjo included), but in reality I can only play the piano and a couple of chords on the guitar. I like receiving postcards!
I believe that making these connections via CS will help you throughout your life.
PHILOSOPHY
I want to continue sharing my life with everyone that I meet!
I will update this part when I know what I want to say :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
First CouchSurfing experience was in Pau, France. I met great people and got to visit the beautiful town. Since then, I continued to surf 3 more couches - all experiences provided to be unforgettable.
Interests
I consider myself to be a very active person and love spending time outdoors. I've been very involved in sports my whole life, particularly football and volleyball.
As cheesy as it sounds, I love people! I love meeting people from everywhere and learning about them. I spend a lot of time with friends, I often enjoy good conversation over a coffee/beer more than anything else.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: The Beginners, Perfect Sense, The Dreamers, and the like.
Music: Music is great. Everything should be given a chance, decide after.
Books: Books are great.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Although I have not done anything on the same calibre as sky diving/bungee jumping/extreme sport type things, I've been fortunate to travel enough to see and experience different cultures. I've seen a lot of beautiful places, and find that the smallest and most spontaneous moments are the ones I enjoy the most - moments where you suddenly stop and realise how happy you are in that particular moment. Those are the best.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: English (not officially, but it's my first language), football (soccer), origami lillies... That's it.
Learn: anything, everything.
