ABOUT ME

Umm.. 27, lived in various places in the UK and once in southern France, dropped in and out of academic studies sporadically. I listen to music a lot, read a lot, watch a fair bit of film.. which I guess is pretty standard.

I'm pretty easy going, my humour is a bit dry I guess, don't get offended easily, talkative, good natured.

PHILOSOPHY

"Life is a non-synchronous apprehension of events" can never get that phrase out of my head. For that I don't really have a set philosophy as I'm continually re-evaluating past experiences.

I guess I'm also a model agnostic in that I try not to believe in anything but also try not to discount things I have no experience of either.

More modern stuff includes punk and post punk, brit pop - well Blur at least, Super Furry Animals,

Electronica - Pram, Broadcast, Stereolab.

Jeff Lewis, MIsty Big Adventure .. loads more. Wide interest in music. (some classical too; Bruch, Stravinsky etc)

Film: Orson Welles, Hitchcock, Jadorowsky, Cohen Brothers, Tarentino, Capra, Ghibli, Mamuro Oshii, Jeunet & Caro, loads really.

Books: All sorts, fact, fiction, auto/biography, poetry, shorts, etc etc.

I walked across the Pyrenees from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean by myself in 2 months.
