Lover of food and all activities related to it, I am recent grad of the University of Virginia and currently live in Charlottesville, Virginia. My family is from Tbilisi, Georgia, but was born in Ukraine. Moved to Rhode Island when I was little and grew up there, albeit totally immersed in a Russian/Georgian culture at home. Left New England to study Religious Studies and Eastern European Studies at the University of Virginia. Still live in Charlottesville pursuing my passion for food via food writing and cooking.

I decided to take it easy this summer and travel to Europe for a month and a half! What better way to immerse myself and learn how the locals live than by staying with one of them!
