I think that the best way to get to know a place is by getting to know local people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love the idea of couch-surfing but have not done it much because it was a bit hard to find hosts in South America and because I was trekking heaps I was not always online... I am hoping to couch surf more on this trip. I have stayed with many locals via AirBNB and have loved these experiences.
