One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
This March, I smashed my half-marathon personal record by clocking in under two hours.
I once cycled from Chengdu to Lhasa, a journey that took 35 days in total, covering over 2,400 kilometers. Along the way, I crossed two mountains over 5,000 meters in altitude and ten mountains above 4,000 meters.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you my language and TCM philosophy. I want to learn Spanish .
What I Can Share with Hosts
With over a decade of studying Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), I've assisted others with wellness regimens. If my host is interested, I would be delighted to share TCM philosophy and demonstrate techniques like gua sha and acupoint pressure therapy for tension relief.
