My name is Polona, I am 21 years old and currently I live in Slovenia. I love travelling, meeting new people and going on adventures. I am a student on University of Ljubljana, I study Social informatics. I went on Erasmus+ exchange to Portugal, Lisbon. That was definitely one of the highlights of my studying years and it inspired me to travel even more, but mostly to get to know new people and see the world through their eyes. I am also a blogger who mostly writes about fashion, lifestyle and travelling.

I joined Couch surfing because in the upcoming months I am planning a road trip through Canada. I want to meet new people and see Canada from their perspective. I believe that couch surfing community has a lot to offer and I want to take advantage of that. I love travelling and I love meeting new people, seeing different cultures and different points of view.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

The most amazing thing was probably moving to another country (Portugal), without speaking their language and without knowing a single person in that country. I had a blast and it helped me grow up, become independent and I made a lot of international friends that became my family.

Another one would be a month long road trip through Europe, which went from Norway through a lot of countries and finished in Greece.
