im reserved. my shyness is often mistaken for rudness, but i can assure you im just shy. alot of people say im the nicest person they know. i live my life by the golden rule: treat others how you would like to be treated... witch is with care, love and respect.

i live my life because i know what it is like to be alive. death leaves too many what ifs.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i moved out of my house, without planning on it. my good friend matt provied a place for me to stay for a few months. i got on my feet and then moved out west to live with him again... but only for a month.. i was too young and scared to be that far away... i moved back to the midwest, and after a few years of a shitty relationship, i was kicked out of my appartment, and taken in by my other good friend, wade... for a few more months. then moved into a studio apt... where i hosted as many as 11 people at a time. I now live in a house with 3 dudes aside from myself, we dont host much but are willing to put up and probably feed (if we arent broke) a person or a group of people for a day or two...bands are also welcome to crash , and play in our basement venu with enough notice for us to promote the show... with donations at the door to help out with your gas situation!

Music, Movies, and Books

movies: gummo, happiness, eraser head, highway, waiting....

books: computer science related non-fiction. mostly linux system admin stuff. i dont read much fiction, i have enjoyed: zen and the art of motorcycle maintaince, catcher in the rye, wicked (still reading it), burn collector, evasion.

Teach, Learn, Share

i will talk about computer science for days on end. it never gets old.
i would love to know more about carpentry, mechanics, engineering, analog synthesis, music, etc. i love to learn.
