About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To experience rather than achieve.

ABOUT ME

A description of me could inform you of my past and future. It could also reveal how I view myself and the world. I feel that is all secondary, unimportant and not who I am. I do however practice being aware and open to new people and situations. Judging and cynicism implies that we know more than we do, lets avoid that. Life is constantly changing and that in itself means that we are too. Yeeehaa!

Music, Movies, and Books

Stuff that shows interest towards creating a more peaceful environment. Bob Marley for example. The Grinch that stole Christmas is a beautiful movie and book. So much more of course.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The fjords in Norway and the grand canyon.

Teach, Learn, Share

I heard someone say something like this: "Most people spend their lives trying to achieve this and prove that. Why? You are already perfect". Easy thing to say, harder to realize it seems. Want is lovely and natural, need is contaminated.

So why do we feel the need to improve? Maybe because we are afraid of being incomplete. What is fear? A thought, that we identify with. The mind is only useful to us as a tool and a weapon, we don't need the false identity that the mind creates for itself when we act on thoughts. unnecessary hostility, violence and war is what happens when the weapon is in charge.

The mind is beautiful. Become a spectator of it and know that it is not who you are. Also read "The Power of Now" and any book with Osho's words in them. Check out Osho, Mooji, Eckhart Tolle etc. on youtube.
