Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been passive on Couchsurfing although I had an account here since many years ago. I was using paid hosting services for my travels but it was not easy to meet locals and chat up with those services as they are more commercial. Couchsurfing I think is the perfect community for like-minded people who enjoy traveling and sharing stories. I am looking forward to having nice experiences via Couchsurfing!

Interests

Reading, writing, traveling, chatting, music, blogging, hanging out with friends, watching good movies and documentaries etc. I also have special love for Scandinavia and sea since I come from a landlocked country of mountains! My dream trip is to Iceland, Greenland and Faroe Islands (at least one!).

Music, Movies, and Books

My music taste has very much evolved over the years. These days I am very enjoying likes of Mogwai, Tides of Nebula, Damien Rice, Ben Howard, Angus and Julia Stone, Iron and Wine etc. I am not very picky about movies and books as I am about music, so anything entertaining is fine!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hmm, I don't really think I have done anything spectacular but I have done snorkeling in Malta and I loved it! It helped me get over my fear of deep waters. It was scary at first, but I loved it!
