My name is Pooya. I live in Canada now. I’m a pilot and originally from Ahvaz, the hottest city in Iran and one of the hottest cities in the world. My family still lives there. If you would like to experience temperatures above +55°C, you can be my family’s guest in Ahvaz :)

I’m a cheerful person, and I always look for an excuse to laugh. I’m sure my host and I will have a great time together.
Traveling around the world has always been my dream, and this year, after graduation, I will have more free time to pursue my lifelong dream.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

When you stay in a place like a hotel, there is usually no real connection with other people, and you stay on your own.

What I love about Couchsurfing is that you get to meet people from all around the world and talk with them about their countries and cultures.

Hosts always have great advice to share. They can tell you about the best tourist attractions in their city or country, explain local laws and what is acceptable or not, recommend the best places to try local food, and let you know which areas are safe and which ones to avoid, and so much more.

For me, Couchsurfing is not just a place to spend the night; it’s a way to truly experience a country and get in touch with its people.
