Alexis and Bradley here. We've been travelling cross country (driving all the way from San Francisco Bay) with our partner and our sweet 35lb Formosan Mountain Dog (she loves other dogs and animals, although is shy with new humans). It's been almost a month and we are ready to land in Pittsburgh where we are about to start a new life together after many years of dreaming. We need a place to stay for a week while we look at rentals to move into. I'm a British trans-femme and neurodivergent social worker/therapist and Bradley is a queer male landscape architect who is quite lovely, fun and polite. Both interested in sustainable living practices.
We'd love to meet some more folks in the region and make new friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed in America while living/working/travelling for over a year before starting university. Awesome experiences! It was great to step into the life of someone else for a short while, and to see the world from their perspective/do the things they do.
Also have hosted a few times, not directly through this website, and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It's great having new people in your house to get to know, and to show around.
