ABOUT ME

Well, I would consider myself an open-minded, direct, and caring person who is always open for new adventures but also sometimes too much in his head, overanalyzing things.
I like a good laugh either way and try to take myself not too serious. (:

I like to connect with people (if it is the short chat at a bus station or the situation where you really click with someone). I'm interested in people in general (what they do, what their beliefs are and how their world is) and in different cultures.
I used to get bored very fast and was not too long at one place. Nowadays, I am more settled, or it is just age, who knows. But I realized that for me, travelling is about experiencing the different, the overlooked small and benign, the beauty in the unexpected. The smell of new possibilities, in something strange but enticing, and the feeling of freedom and exploration. That way, travelling can become an enabling rather than eluding mind-set and is not that much bound to where you reside.
I realized, as well, that for me to have a happy life I need some stability to built something. And that is what I am pursuing at the moment.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, back than when I lived in Spain, I was joining a friend of mine to a couch-surfing meeting. She was a couch-surfer too I guess. haha But I didn't really know what it was or what this big amount of not spanish people where doing in the middle of the park.
But I had quite a good time and let me explain what it is all about.
So I met quite some interesting people in the crowd.
